WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE SESSION:
🛑 No surprises! Here’s the step-by-step breakdown:

1️⃣ We'll Go on Mute & Reflect (10 minutes)
We’ll kick off with 10 minutes of quiet reflection to complete the monthly reflection section of your Coaches’ Planner (digital tools provided if you don’t have one).

2️⃣ Breakout Room 1 (25 minutes)
You’ll be coached by another professional coach on your reflection or anything else on your mind.

Breakout Room 2 (25 minutes)
It’s your turn to coach! Provide valuable coaching to a peer while building your confidence and honing your skills.

Wrap-Up & Insights (10 minutes)
We’ll come back together as a group to share key takeaways, celebrate progress, and set intentions for the month ahead.
