- You realise this is a sprint not a marathon. We will not be pondering on things like niche. We make a 70% good enough decision on niche and offer and stick with it for 30 days.
- You know you need to be more visible. We’ll work together to hone your offer and message over our first week and in the remaining time we will be working on generating leads for that offer.
- If after this sprint you’d like help building the systems and processes for a longer-term sustainable coaching business, you’re welcome to take the cost of this 30-day sprint off my signature 6 month mentorship programme The Business of Coaching.
But this programme is NOT for you if:
- You aren’t ready to take action. This sprint programme requires you to complete some work to grow your business every day Monday - Friday. (Though you can schedule this in one block if you wish).

The Logistics
Here's how we'll work together to make it happen:
The Training: You’ll receive lifetime access to a portal with your strategy to get clients. It contains a short video and task for each day outlining the exact step to take that day. You can watch these trainings any time, day or night.
Everything you need will be provided so you can take the action in 30-60 minutes without overthinking it.
This means progress to strategically and effectively getting clients without feeling overwhelmed.
The Support: You and I will meet from 10am-11am (UK time) on a group zoom call on a Monday where you can get my help on anything you’re working on. We’ll provide space to review your offer, social media posts, and troubleshoot any issues. You’ll get my 100% attention to move you forward.
We start on Monday 16 September and finish on Monday 14 October 2024 (inclusive so we can celebrate!).
The Community: The 30-day programme community hub and support between calls will take place in a private Slack group where you can ask questions and get immediate feedback from me and your fellow coaches. You’ll be able to bounce ideas off others and meet some wonderful people. There’ll be points and prizes rewarding those who take action.

I'm all in when it comes to you building your business and there is not a cookie cutter approach.
When are the calls?
The live group calls take place on zoom from 10-11am (UK time) on a Monday from 16 September to 14 October inclusive (5 calls in total).
What if I can't attend the live calls?
Whilst you'll gain vital accountability and motivation from being able to attend the live calls, it is possible to complete the programme without attending.
You'll find your day to day strategy in a portal and you can use our Slack group to get feedback on your work.
You also gain lifetime access to the portal so you can revisit the strategy time and time again in your business.
Do you offer refunds?
I guarantee you’ll be satisfied with the progress you make in your business if you do the work. If you show up and take the daily actions and honestly don't find you got value drop me an email and I'll refund you.
